Searching for evidence of Wills ( not written by us) when somebody dies. This may result in finding the location of the keeper of a Will, not the Will itself - £40 per search

Searching for Wills where probate has been granted in the past - £10 per search

Copies of the Will and Grant Of Probate (where available) £5 per copy

Advice and guidance regarding the need for Tenancy Severance of a Jointly owned property and submission of documents to the Land Registry - £60 per property

(Tenancy Severance means converting ownership from Joint Tenants to Tenants-In-Common (where appropriate) to enable a property share to be gifted in a Will )

Consultation and discussion of your Estate and composition. Analysis of your situation and written report and information regarding your potential Inheritance Tax liability, and actions you could take to mitigate.
